Molins’ projects range from large, complex first of a kind developments to relatively small repeat projects which deliver standard products. All projects are managed by a dedicated team of project managers.Reporting to the Engineering Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects though initiation, planning, implementation, control and completion whilst meeting budget, schedule and quality requirements. Candidates who can demonstrate experience of senior project management such that they are able to contribute quickly and strongly to our current project portfolio will have a clear advantage.Experience of high speed, high value capital equipment for pharmaceutical, FMCG, food and drink or similar industries is beneficial but is not essential.Qualifications Minimum BEng / BSc (hons) degree, (2:1), in an engineering discipline. Alternatively, a professional qualification in project management with a proven track record.Experience
The successful candidate will be required to gain immediate credibility inside and outside the company and will be self-motivated, ambitious and able to take the lead.
